Scott Lipovac is the Managing Principal of SCORE Development, a commercial real estate development and brokerage firm located in Kansas City, Missouri. SCORE is focused on creating value for partners, clients, and end-users of commercial real estate. Areas of focus include property acquisition, development, sales/leasing, asset repositioning, and capital formation.
Prior to starting SCORE in 2015, Scott worked for two of the largest retail development firms in the Midwest, where he held positions in leasing and development.
Scott graduated from Kansas State University, where he received a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an Entrepreneurship Emphasis. Scott is an active member of the Red Shoe Society, an organization of philanthropic professionals supporting the Ronald McDonald House Charity of Kansas City.
