The building includes six loading docks available to all tenants with easy highway access. Tenants benefit from the perks of registering their business in NH, which is near Boston. The flexible space arrangements and versatile floor plans allow companies to expand their space requirements as necessary, keeping their overhead costs minimal. Businesses at The Landing enjoy on-site management and maintenance staff, 24-hour key card access, freight and passenger elevators, loading docks, and ample parking. Employees will appreciate the easy access to Route 3 and the short walk to Nashua's vibrant retail services and restaurants before, during, and after work. The MFD ownership team has invested significant capital into improving the common area spaces, including but not limited to sealing and repainting the exterior of the building, redoing all of the bathrooms in the warehouse, new office floors, rehabbing the lobby and passenger elevator, reconfiguring the parking lots, and installing exterior signage for maximum exposure for tenants. The various capital projects continue and will improve the work environment for the entire tenant community. The City of Nashua is also investing capital in bringing The Landing at One Chestnut into the downtown fold with improved rotaries, sidewalks, streets, and brand-new housing developments to attract the best and brightest companies and talent.
