Erik Hallgrimson, CCIM joined Cushman & Wakefield (formerly CPS, Cassidy Turley & DTZ) in 1999 and served as Senior Vice President, Principal until 2011 when he became a Partner. Currently, Erik serves as Executive Managing Director specializing in Office, R&D, Mixed-Use and Land and Investment Sales.  Prior to joining the company, Erik worked at Andersen Consulting from 1996 to 1999.  Areas of expertise include Office, R&D, Manufacturing and Warehouse, Brokerage, and Investment Sales. Bob Simpson (CalDRE Lic. #01240540) joined Cushman & Wakefield (formerly CPS) in 2006, serving as Vice President. Currently, Bob serves as Senior Director focusing on Office and R&D Brokerage, Investment Services and Consulting.  Bob brings his clients more than 20 years of commercial real estate knowledge and experience. Prior to joining the firm, Bob was a Principal at Commercial Real Estate Solutions from 2004 to 2005. Prior to that, Bob served as a Sales Associate at BT Commercial from 1998 to 2003.  Mr. Simpson was the 1999 and 2000 BT Commercial “Rookie of the Year” and was runner-up to the 1999 Association of Silicon Valley Brokers “Rookie of the Year”.  Mr. Simpson brings more than nineteen years of computer experience and seven years of Real Estate Financial Analysis to his clients.  Much of his work is based around his substantial knowledge of ProCalc, Leasemod, ARGUS, and his ability to analyze Real Estate Transactions using Excel spreadsheets.  In the past four years Mr. Simpson has leased or sold more than 2.5 million square feet of commercial property in the Western and Central United States.
