NEW DEAL: Many have shown this, liked the space but were stopped because the owner would not contribute enough to build out the raw space. Change of heart. Now the owner has agreed to build out the space as office. It will be comparable to the balance of the building - which is nice. The rent has changed from a nnn lease to $29 gross all in. If you are not familiar with the building, it is a 1970ish building which was built as a "bunker building" for Southern Bell to house the west Broward telephone equipment and keep it safe from hurricanes. Its a bear but a handsome bear. Present owner bought it for his company offices about a year ago and gutted the building. Everything is new except the bunker-strong construction and the building looks great - it just works. The location is in the middle of all the great stuff that is happening in Plantation. (YOLO opening, Kaluge opening, whisky Cake opening, new entertainment center, retail expansions, gym explosions, Plantation has it - the place to be.) So if you are one of the guys that showed it, your people liked it but couldn't get past the TI part - that's history. bring them back.
