I have an AMAZING apartment building with two retail spaces for sale in West Virginia. Unfortunately I have had horrible partner who I purchased the building with who on at random decided to tell me (after he was gone) he uprooted himself and moved to Las Vegas. I purchased my 1/2 portion with my IRA and my partner was managing (or not managing) the details, so I did not have my eye on the ball.
