Rent Types


The rent amount and type that the tenant (lessee) will be responsible to pay to the landlord (lessor) throughout the lease term is negotiated prior to both parties signing a lease agreement. In April 2018, she joined the Westwood Group Land Development family to spearhead the new BOSS Office + Coworking venture as well as business development for all office/retail properties. With the addition of BOSS, Westwood is able to begin relationships with our tenants at an earlier stage to help them grow quicker. Amy has a talent for creating innovative business programs and has a powerful record of accomplishment for creating workspaces and communities with cultures that offer an unmatched level of service leading to unparalleled customer retention. Don is a trusted advisor who assists clients in achieving their project objectives and maximizing their return on investment. He is licensed to practice architecture in the States of Texas, Louisiana, Ohio, and California. Don is also a licensed interior designer in the State of Texas.
