Prior to co-founding CityPlat in pursuit of a career in real estate, Vincenzo initially worked at a local development firm as Managing Director of the equity division for five years. Conducting over 100 brokerage transactions and leading ground up construction of multiple development projects. In addition to real estate development, Vincenzo has a background in export finance. Previously leading the sales department exclusively targeting executives from the Fortune 200 at The Corporate Executive Board, one of the world’s premier consulting firms in Washington DC. Verdino excelled in this role, consistently exceeding company goals as the top performer amongst his peers.
Vincenzo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a concentration in International Relations at Georgetown University. Pursuing a strong desire to move to Rome, Italy, Verdino founded multiple businesses, some of which remain a thriving business to this day before returning to Raleigh, North Carolina in 2004.
