Therefore, a minimum of 60 residential units is planned for the site with the expectation of an even higher density. The sites rectangular size of 708’ x 380’ provides optimal dimensions for a dense residential community. In 2022, the Board of Supervisors granted zoning on 24.78 acres across Hull street on the former Rockwood Square and Rockwood Golf sites for 590 condo’s and town homes which equals 24 units per acre.
