This is a historic office building (without the historic designation) with five stories, originally constructed in 1912. It is located on the northeast corner of Washington Square, which is at the heart of Washington Iowa's retail, financial, and public gathering area, seeing 1,020 cars per day. The building spans a total of 16,768 square feet, with the first and second floors being larger at 4,028 square feet each, while the upper three floors measure 2,754 square feet. The entire building from ground floor up, is accessible by elevator. Currently, the first floor serves as a mix of retail and office space, while the upper floors are used exclusively for offices. In the past, the top three floors were utilized as apartments, but they are currently leased out on a short-term basis. Additionally, parts of the first and second floors are also leased on a short-term basis.
