Centrally located to all the amenities offered by the Mount Washington Valley such as skiing, hiking, climbing, swimming, shopping and so many fine restaurants. Next to Attitash Bear Peak offering activities for winter and summer enjoyment, and a short drive to North Conway Village.This motel features 14 motel rooms, plus 2 cottages with fully equipped kitchens. Beautiful playground in excellent condition, very nice pool. The guests can also enjoy the outdoor charcoal grills, and in the evening, they can relax around the campfire area. Each motel room features an air conditioner, hair dryer, refrigerator, microwave, flat screen cable color TV, DVD player, full bath and phone. Some of the rooms have 1 Queen,or 2 Extra Large Doubles or 2 Queen Beds. The guest rooms are divided between 3 buildings. The guest rooms in the front building connect to a common area screened porch. The owner’s quarters are very comfortable. There are 3 bedrooms, a very nice kitchen and spacious living room. The full basement can be accessed from the owner’s quarter as well as from the back of the main building. This is a great property with a very well established and successful business.
