Waterford Park North is located along Veterans Parkway between Clevidence Boulevard and Broadway Street in Clarksville, Indiana. Veterans Parkway is the newest Interstate 65 interchange in the Southern Indiana area, the opening of which has shifted retail growth from E. Lewis & Clark Parkway to the south to this new interchange. The center is just north Green Tree Mall, an 851,000 square foot enclosed regional mall, anchored by Dillard’s and JC Penney.
