Leasing Team
Andrew Gilbert, Vice President
Andrew began his real estate career in Summer 2011 as an intern at HLC working for the Dallas Industrial division. After graduating from Baylor University in 2012, he joined HLC full-time as an analyst for the Industrial division. Andrew helped organize marketing efforts, assisted in all leasing assignments in the Dallas Industrial markets, and contributed to all business development efforts. In 2014, Andrew transitioned into leasing and has accounted for completing over 900 deals totaling nearly $500 million in lease consideration.
Keaton Brice, Market Director
Prior to joining HLC, Keaton was a Leasing Associate at ML Realty Partners in Dallas, where he was responsible for overseeing 3rd party leasing teams and negotiating renewals in-house. During this time, he gained valuable experience working on complicated transactions. Keaton started his career in Industrial real estate at Colony Capital where he served as an analyst supporting the asset management team. During his time at Colony Capital, Keaton underwrote lease transactions, built, and maintained Argus models for a 65 million square foot industrial portfolio. Keaton’s asset management exposure and contributions helped him further understand the ownership side of industrial real estate where he can use that knowledge to assist his clients with real estate decisions.
Keaton received a BBA in Finance from the University of Arkansas and is a Texas Real Estate Commission License holder. Recent recognition and awards for Keaton include 2021 D CEO Power Broker.
Jon Skidmore, Market Associate
Jon is a graduate of Dallas Baptist University where he received a BBA in Finance. He is licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission.
