After graduating from Baylor University in 2012, he joined HLC full-time as an analyst for the Industrial division. In 2014, Andrew transitioned into leasing and has accounted for completing over 900 deals totaling nearly $500 million in lease consideration.

Keaton Brice joined Holt Lunsford Commercial in 2020 and serves as a Market Director in the Dallas Industrial division. He is responsible for executing transactions on approximately 9.7 million square feet of Industrial assets, representing primarily private and institutional investors. In addition, Keaton focuses on acquisition, and development opportunities in the NW Dallas and DFW Airport Submarkets.

Prior to joining HLC, Keaton was a Leasing Associate at ML Realty Partners in Dallas, where he was responsible for overseeing 3rd party leasing teams and negotiating renewals in-house. During this time, he gained valuable experience working on complicated transactions. Keaton started his career in Industrial real estate at Colony Capital where he served as an analyst supporting the asset management team. During his time at Colony Capital, Keaton underwrote lease transactions, built, and maintained Argus models for a 65 million square foot industrial portfolio. Keaton’s asset management exposure and contributions helped him further understand the ownership side of industrial real estate where he can use that knowledge to assist his clients with real estate decisions.

Keaton received a BBA in Finance from the University of Arkansas and is a Texas Real Estate Commission License holder. Recent recognition and awards for Keaton include 2021 D CEO Power Broker.
