About Brickell
Brickell and downtown Miami form the main business node in Miami. Brickell is the most densely populated area in South Florida, the fourth nationally. Brickell has South Florida’s highest-quality office buildings, most of which are lined up on Brickell Avenue. Brickell offers a live/work/play experience and is home to many of Miami’s luxury hotels and best restaurants. Apartment developers came to this area en mass, doubling its apartment stock over the past decade.
