This office or loft space is on the second floor of a stand alone building in Langley Washington. The upstairs space is about 450 sq ft with two rooms, one carpeted and one with wood floors. A door separates the two rooms upstairs and each has its own heat source. The door upstairs can be locked. The upstairs space has been used for retail, law offices and other purposes.
Access to the upstairs space is through one of the retail spaces on the ground floor. There is a full bath on the main floor with access by all tenants and includes a sink, toilet and bathtub with shower. The bathtub/shower is not used by the tenants on the main floor.
Limited parking is as available on the street.
The pictures show the views as you come up the stairs from the ground floor to the carpeted room, then from the door separating the two rooms, into the room with the wooden floor from the doorway, and back again looking at the doorway between the two rooms. There are some shelves in both rooms that previous lawyers used for their books. The view from outside of the building shows the upstairs window on the second floor.
Rent includes water and electric utilities. Wifi might be negotiable so you don't have to pay for phone service. We also have a small refrigerator that we lent to the previous renter who had it in his private space upstairs.
1 year lease, first and last month's rent plus $400 deposit.
