Sean Mullen, Managing Director
Prior to entering the commercial real estate field, Sean spent eight years in the newsprint publishing industry serving as General Manager, District Manager, and Regional Operations Manager. Each of these roles came with considerable profit and loss management experience giving Sean a keen understanding of his clients’ challenges. Having personally dealt with space challenge issues, lease negotiations, and office moves from a tenants perspective has given him a unique understanding of the position his clients are in and gives him a better feel for the challenges that real estate can present.
Kevin Partington, Executive Managing Director
In 2012, Kevin participated in over 77 transactions totalling more than 1.9 million square feet. He has been consistently nominated for Sacramento Broker of the Year over the past 12 years and has won the prestigious Broker’s Choice Award which is selected by the brokerage community. In January 2011, he and the entire CROS team made a switch to Cushman & Wakefield to grow the Sacramento brokerage operation. In 2012 Kevin completed the largest Tenant Representation assignment in Sacramento history for Sutter Health. In 2013, Kevin’s title was elevated to Executive director for the Sacramento office of Cushman & Wakefield.
Spencer Nielsen, Director
Spencer Nielsen joined the Cushman and Wakefield office in Sacramento as an Associate in the Office Leasing and Sales Division in September 2016 after graduating from California Polytechnic State University – San Luis Obispo. Since joining the team, he completed over 120 total transactions accounting for more than $30,000,000 in consideration and 300,000 square feet.
Spencer was activity involved in programs and clubs during his time at Cal Poly. In 2016 Spencer competed in the National Association of Home Builders Residential Construction Management Competition as part of Cal Poly’s Real Estate Team, who placed 2nd overall in the country among a field of 40 Universities. Spencer was also a member of the Cal Poly Entrepreneurs Club, and event coordinator for Cal Poly Athletics. Today, Spencer is an active member of The Salvation Army Echelon – Sacramento Chapter.
