Opened on July 31, 2013, Lone Peak Hospital is the newest addition to the 40-acre Lone Peak Medical Campus. As the second component of the phased-in construction plan developed by MountainStar, it brings much-needed obstetric care, surgery services and outpatient diagnostic services to Draper and the surrounding south valley communities. The initial phase featured the first satellite ED in Utah, which opened its doors in May, 2010. The medical campus also offers a medical office building where primary care physicians and specialists deliver a wide range of healthcare and wellness services, to improve the lives we touch. Lone Peak Specialty Center provides first-of-its-kind services and amenities to the south end of Salt Lake County. Located within the Lone Peak Hospital campus in Draper; the property benefits from direct access to the hospital. Due to its location on the medical campus, tenants have access to hospital services, such as: • 24/7 emergency services • Diagnostic imaging, including: mammography, bone density, CT scans, MRI, ultrasound, and digital x-rays • State-of-the-art maternity and birthing suites • Surgical operating rooms, endoscopy services, orthopedic care, and lab 20,000 square feet of space on the first floor of the new building has already been leased to Lone Peak Surgery Center.
