Construction is to begin in 2025 with an estimated completed date of June 2026 with a valve of $4.3 million. The first phase of the project sold as a design build development and scheduled to break ground in 2025. Sunshine Construction and Development is the Design Build General Contractor. The land owners, PAAK Stuart, LLC, signed a master lease to occupy the property as an Open Air Art Gallery called Art Farm to support the growth of the local art community. The Open Air Gallery is now pre-leasing to artists, food vendors, and entertainers.
