Amigoni Vineyards in Centerview, Missouri was established in 2000. It is 9.4 acres of land and currently, the land has a 30x40 foot metal barn, perola with Cascade Hops growing and a unique soil that is a combination of Silty Loam, white limestone, and black limestone. A rural water system from Holden, Missouri supplies water available at the front of the property. The vineyard has a trellis system of combination of wood and steel Vertical shoot position system (VSP) that is suitable for the Vinifera grapes on the property. Many of the plots of grapes are between 10-15 years old and need a replanting of grafted vines or suitable with the VSP system can be replanted to Norton, Chambourcin or other regional varieties. The east section of the vineyard has a french drainage field to manage the water flow and the middle and front sections have french drainage in parts. The VSP training system has drip irrigation tubing to be used for new planting of the vineyard during the first few years or during a drought situation. A hoop house was erected on the south middle section of the vineyard and with new plastic covering can serve a variety of other applications. The surface of the hoop house has landscape fabric to create a barrier to fend off weeds. An airblaster for fungicide spraying and side hoe for vinifera hilling at the end of the season protection of grafted vines is optionally available for negotiation. A portion of the vineyard would be ideal for the establishment of a house and/or other structures to accommodate living at the property.
