This 5,700 square foot office building is located on Music Row in Nashville. All existing drywall and ceilings have been finished to a smooth finish. This includes removing all wallpaper and textured ceilings and walls. All walls have been primed and painted a flat white. Trim located on the 2nd Floor has been primed and painted flat white to match walls. Trim located on the 1st Floor has been sanded and stained to match the chosen flooring stain. All existing carpet tiles have been removed to expose the original underlying hard wood floors. All hard wood floors have been sanded to bare wood, stained, and coated with (2) layers of protective sealer. White Oak treads have been installed on existing staircase and stained to match the floor stain. Risers have been primed and painted to match accent trim. Toilets, sinks, and faucets in the existing (2) bathrooms have been removed and replaced with updated fixtures. Countertops in those bathrooms have been removed and replaced. Existing light fixtures have been removed on a case by case basis and replaced with new furnished light fixtures. All existing electrical outlets and HVAC air devices have been removed and replaced with updated devices. Existing exterior hand railing on front porch/walkway has been removed and replaced.
