ENERGY STAR® Energy Star is a program run by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) that promotes energy efficiency and provides simple, credible, and unbiased information that consumers and businesses rely on to make well-informed decisions. About East End
Over the years, Washington, D.C.'s, East End has transformed itself into the main hub of the U.S. capital's entertainment and retail businesses. This section of the city encompasses the central part of the District and spans to the eastern reaches of K Street and Pennsylvania Avenue. One of the region's premier concert and sports venues, the East End is home to Capital One Arena, where both the NBA's Washington Wizards and the NHL's Washington Capitals play. Seth graduated from Louisiana State University with B.S. in Finance. He is a former board member of the Boy’s and Girl’s Club of Greater Washington and Rachael’s Women’s Center, an active member of The Explorers Club and a Fundraiser for the Tribute 21 Foundation.
Evan Behr, Executive Managing Director
Prior to joining JLL, Evan was a key member of Tishman Speyer’s Washington, DC office where he was responsible for leasing a portfolio of approximately 4.5 million square feet. Evan also gained in-depth asset management experience on Tishman Speyer’s 28 building, 6 million square foot office portfolio in Washington, DC, Virginia and Maryland, as well as underwriting experience in the acquisitions department. Prior to Tishman Speyer, he focused on tenant representation at CBRE.
Evan graduated cum laude with a B.S.B.A. from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business, where he double majored in finance and management. He is a former founding member of Executive Committee Board Member of DCBIA- DLD. He was also a member of JLL’s Leadership Committee Advisory Board and Leading Leaders Program. Nathan Beach, Managing Director
Prior to joining JLL, Nathan spent eight years at CBRE, exclusively focused in the Washington, DC office market. While at CBRE, Nathan represented over 3 million square foot of office product, successfully leasing trophy assets and Class A and B properties.
Colleen Hollowood, Vice President
Colleen started her JLL career in the Washington, DC office with the Government Investor Services team where she was responsible for event and meeting planning, marketing, client relations, and deal tracking for government tenants in DC and across the country. In 2019, Colleen moved to JLL’s New York office where she was a member of one of the largest teams in commercial real estate, which controlled more than 20 million r.s.f. of space.
Colleen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Strategic Communications from High Point University, while at High Point she was a member of the NCAA Division I cross country and track and field teams for four (4) years.
