12230 Coit Medical Center, a new State of the Art medical office building, is located on Coit Road on the east side of Medical City. 12230 Coit Medical Center will be a distinctive, two (2) story medical building containing 32,201 square feet. At the entry to the Project, monument signage will enable new patients to easily find their doctor's office. Patients will find plentiful free parking directly adjacent to the Building or visitors may drop off patients under a covered porte-cochere. Covered parking underneath the building will be available for doctors. Located at the intersection of IH-635 LBJ Freeway and I-75 Central Expressway, adjacent to Medical City Dallas, and in close proximity to Texas Presbyterian Hospital.
