This two-story professional office building offers approximately 21,850 SF of beautifully appointed features. The Romanesque style architecture was chosen in 1901 for the construction of the Historic Union Station in Columbus. Originally utilized as a train depot, it is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Its special features include large fireplaces, custom chandeliers, marble tile, custom trim and elevators. The north wing, located to the left of the front entrance, was originally the baggage and freight area. It was redesigned for office space. The south wing is basically the original floor plan. The passenger loading platform on the east side was enclosed with insulated glass. The interior of the Railway Express Building was redesigned to accommodate the large boardroom, kitchen and support areas. The lobby’s Italian marble floor measures 60’ x 30’ and has a 34-foot ceiling.
