Rent Types
The rent amount and type that the tenant (lessee) will be responsible to pay to the landlord (lessor) throughout the lease term is negotiated prior to both parties signing a lease agreement. ABOUT THE PROPERTY
We needed to demo this existing commercial building built in 1890 the home of a Insurance company then a Hair & Nail Salon and Spa due to some previous renovation work that wasn't up to code. We are bringing this barn looking building into the 20th century with a totally new look and upscale and modern design. We have new Entrances in the front and another of the back parking lot to a handicap ramp to first floor with a new interior stairway to second floor. There's a doorway with stairs to access the cellar. We have new storefront windows with upscaled sunshades to save on energy. The basement has 963 sq. ft. with 1589 sq ft on first floor and 1675 sq.ft. on second floor. Preliminary drawings had a office, closet and bathroom on the first floor and the second floor had 7 treatment room/ offices 2 closets and the bathroom. Both bathroom have urinals, for unisex bathrooms. Which all can be changed to fit the new tenant/ tenants. So, I'm ready to start leasing say for March/ April completion. Seeing we are getting closer to winter we need some warm weather to get the foundation installed then the rest with be depending upon weather. But, we should be go looking into April.
