Scott Brenner, Executive Vice President
Scott’s initial experience in the industrial market in Broward County led him to be involved in numerous county projects, spanning industrial, flex, land entitlements, and office spaces. Alongside providing third-party services, he led various ownership and development entities like Zenith Realty Investments LTD. and Brenner Investment Properties LTD., along with multiple real estate LLCs.
In addition to his licensed attorney status, Scott holds impressive professional credentials, including JD, CCIM, and SIOR. Throughout the years, he actively engaged in real estate industry organizations such as The Realtor’s® Association, NAIOP, BOMA, ULI, ICSC, and others.le combination.
Scott’s successful career began in 1985, knocking on doors in the industrial market. With a respected full-service commercial real estate company, he gained in-depth knowledge of Broward County’s streets and remains actively involved in property ownership in the South Florida and various cities.
Prior to joining Colliers, Scott held the position of Executive Vice President at CBRE for over 6 years. Before joining CBRE, Scott was the driving force behind Brenner Real Estate Group, an independent commercial firm headquartered in Broward County, Florida. Gary Gottlieb, Executive Vice President
After graduating from the Florida Institute of Technology, he returned to his native Maryland to work in the family’s real estate development business. He relocated to South Florida in 1980 to pursue his real estate career.
Gottlieb specializes in office leasing and sales, focusing on landlord agencies and tenant representation, primarily in Palm Beach County.
He has a diverse background and expertise in marketing office and medical properties for sale and lease on behalf of high-net-worth private clients, regional and national developers, and institutional clients. He has directed regional and statewide expansion efforts on behalf of national retailers and provided site selection services to automobile dealers, office users, and medical providers. During his career, he has negotiated the purchase and sale of various properties to develop office buildings, medical office buildings, shopping centers, and residential uses, including multi-family and senior housing.
Gottlieb is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR); a founder and member of the Board of Directors of the PGA Corridor Association; a member of the Delray Beach Chamber of Commerce; a member of the Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce; a past member of the Executive Board of Directors of the Palm Beach State College Foundation; is a past President of the Palm Beach Chapter of the March of Dimes. In addition, Gottlieb holds a Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation from the Building Owners and Managers Institute.
Derek Baker, Executive Vice President
His diverse background of real estate experience over the last 15 years includes a full suite of services such as analytical feasibility studies, corporate and professional relocations, property acquisition/disposition, pre and post-M&A analysis, workplace strategy development, etc.

Marc Fechter, Vice President
Marc's approach to this dynamic field is marked by a multidisciplinary mindset, recognizing the diverse expertise required for success. He has successfully partnered with clients from various industries, including legal, healthcare, financial services, architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC), as well as Nonprofit organizations. Some of his notable past clients include the DC Association of Realtors, the Society of America Foresters, the Environmental Investigation Agency, Employee Navigator, Baxter International, Sargent & Lundy, Kennedys Law, and Northmarq.
Prior to joining Colliers, Marc was Managing Director of Savills and was instrumental in opening their Boca office. Prior to relocating to Florida, Mr. Fechter served as a Senior Vice President at Broad Street Realty in Washington DC. His previous experience includes being an associate vice president at Summit Commercial, where he was recognized as the Rookie of the Year.
