BioHub Two’s master plan is comprised of over 500,000 square feet for cGMP manufacturing, wet and dry labs, and office space located in Generation Park, with nearly $30 million in infrastructure nearing completion to serve the new site. San Jacinto College, nationally recognized as one of the country’s best community colleges, will open a brand-new Center for Biotechnology at San Jacinto College’s Generation Park campus in Q1 2025. This state-of-the-art facility will provide comprehensive, hands-on training with realistic good manufacturing practices (GMP) simulated environments and offer an associate of applied science degree in biomanufacturing technology, and shorter credentials for post-graduates, to meet workforce needs.
