Since her arrival, the Park has grown from 200,000 square feet to approximately 1,300,000 square feet. Kathy has extensive experience representing and negotiating all types of office leases, from large corporate users to small, hometown users.
Kathy was the 2004 Commercial Division, Board Chair and was the President for the Board of Directors of the Kansas City Regional Association of Realtors® (KCRAR). She was selected as the 2008 Commercial Broker of the Year as well as the KCRAR 2009 REALTOR® of the Year.
Elaine Sight, Commercial Agent
In 1994, Elaine brought her expertise to DDI Commercial, Inc., the exclusive leasing company for Southcreek Office Park, a 140-acre office park zoned for more than 1 million square feet of office space with over 25 buildings to be included in the Master Plan.
Elaine is a well-known and respected veteran of the commercial leasing industry. She has earned this fine reputation by providing personal service and expertise to her clients. During her career she has leased millions of square feet of office space and has sold many office buildings throughout the area.
