All four structural concrete walls and footings have been completed through the third floor. The vertical side beams for the front moment frames have been installed. The four horizontal beams are on site. The basement horizontal beam is scheduled to be welded into place next week. 5. A new roof needs to be installed. 6. Structural Glulams (manufactured wood beams) are being installed for the fourth floor floor. 7. Units in the third and fourth floor have not yet been built out. 8. The basement floor must be installed.
