Property Overview
Former manufacturing and warehousing facility for a local company that used the two upper floors to warehouse silverware,melmac dishes,jewlry, etc. the first floor was used for manufacturing jewelry and shipping. The building is in good condition and the first floor is completely rented to five different tenants. This property also includes a former office building, which has been leased out to Victim Resources, and they have been there twenty years. This building can be separated from the main plant. The second and third floor (32,384 sq. ft each) are presently not rented. We have owned the building 35 years and we've leased out the upper two floors 28 of those years.
