Joe was also a student athlete and played college lacrosse while attending Clemson University. Joe started his career as a commercial mortgage broker for PMFUS at the S&P Global building in Manhattan. There he quickly ascended to the title of Assistant Commercial Managing Director. Although Aimal started his career as a Senior Paralegal at a Real Estate Law firm in Garden City, he became captivated by the transactional side of things. Aimal obtained his Real Estate License in 2016 and never looked back. He began working as a Commercial Real Estate Specialist with Sebastian Capital in Manhattan, before he met Mario Asaro and made Industry One his permanent home.
Aimal has always been driven by his curiosity to find solutions to the most pressing of issues. Whether it’s a zoning issue with a building his client has interest in, a conflict of interest in a contract of sale, or complications obtaining financing— he is able to quickly identify the route of the issue and begin constructing a strategic solution. Not to mention, his experience working on both the transactional and legal side of Real Estate has enabled him to provide a customer centered alertness that allows his clients to thrive in this market.
Aimal enjoys maximizing his overall health through eating healthy and daily exercise. He is also an avid fan of Boxing/MMA and the Manchester United football club. He is hard working and responsive to his clients, and knows how to get the job done.
