Site improvements consist of: an asphalt-paved lot on the north, northeast, and southeast sides of the building; asphalt driveways around the north side of the property and looping around the back warehouse; a gravel driveway connecting the warehouse's parking lot to the southern employee parking lot; a heavy-duty truck scale; a guardhouse; chain link fencing; a 300,000-gallon water tank that backs up the sprinkler system; a small detached concrete block building associated with the plant's old air conditioning system; signage; and various landscaping items, including patches of grass around all sides of the building and some trees, shrubbery, and landscape beds near the main plant entrance.
