• The community is located just 30 minutes north of downtown Spokane, WA, offering guests easy access to a walkable riverside district with a wide variety of shopping, dining, and entertainment options. • Spokane is home to Fairchild Air Force Base, which is home to just under 6,000 active duty Air Force, Air National Guard, and military and civilian employees.
