This 240,000 SF proposed distribution center is planned to be constructed in two phases at 120,000 SF each. Landlord will build to Tenant's specifications, but intends to construct a metal panel facility with 10 dock doors (per Phase), 35' - 42' clear height, an ESFR sprinkler system, LED lighting and dimensions of 240' x 500' per Phase. Each 120,000 SF Phase would have 25' x 120' column widths, providing two 60,000 SF sections without any columns. This proposed distribution center is will located just south of I-94 in the industrial park, which is currently home to Wal-Mart, 3M, Silgan Containers, and many others. Menomonie is located prominently along I-94, just 60 miles East of St. Paul, MN.
