John Zanetos, Executive Vice President
John’s primary focus is representing firms with operations in Southern California, devising creative real estate solutions and providing advice during transaction negotiations. John has received numerous CBRE recognition awards. In 2016, John successfully completed the two largest lease transactions in Greater Los Angeles including a 250,000 RSF lease with Warner Music Group and a 240,000 RSF lease with City National Bank.
In addition to representing clients within the acquisition and disposition of their lease space, John advises some of the largest institutional investors of real estate on the marketing and leasing of their assets.
Chris Penrose, Senior Vice President
Chris specializes in representing corporations with operations all throughout Los Angeles County and Southern California. His experience and track record with both tenants and landlords has enabled him to successfully complete a number of complex transactions for his clients. Chris is also known for being able to deliver results on time, due to his experience in pre-acquisition due diligence and underwriting, transaction management and portfolio analysis.
The duo’s recent noteworthy transactions include Warner Music Group’s 257,000 square-foot lease at the Ford Factory and City National Bank’s nearly 242,000 square-foot deal at Two Cal Plaza. Chris was also instrumental in facilitating agreements for Nordstrom/HauteLook at The Bloc and for Adidas at The Row.
In 2010, Chris won the “Rookie of the Year” award for the Downtown Los Angeles office. Prior to joining CBRE in 2009, Chris served as an Associate at Transwestern, where he gained experience in both tenant and landlord representation.
Kelli Snyder, Senior Associate
Previously Kelli was an Associate at Cushman & Wakefield in their Downtown Los Angeles office. Kelli worked on the capital markets and leasing team with a focus on office, hospitality and ground up development. Kelli has been involved in several large transactions from both a capital markets and leasing standpoint, including assisting CitizenM with the purchase of their Downtown LA site at 4th & Spring, the sale of the Santa Fe Lofts at 121 E. 6th Street, the 208,000 SF Union Bank renewal at 445 S.
