About 15150 Brighton Rd , Brighton, CO 80601
The City of Brighton is conveniently located 20 minutes north of Denver and 20 minutes from Denver International Airport. This northeastern Denver suburb sits along the banks of the South Platte River. Brighton combines a small-town atmosphere with rich cultural and historical roots, which is evident as one drives down its main street. Brighton is the home of two Vestas manufacturing plants, a wind turbine blade factory and a nacelle manufacturing plant. The factories are valued at $290 million and will provide 1,350 employment opportunities: 650 in the blade factory and another 700 in the nacelle manufacturing plant. Groundbreaking for the factories took place on March 25, 2009. 76 Commerce Center - Officials from the Brighton EDC, the City of Brighton, and Adam’s County joined Hyde Development and Mortenson in April 2018 to celebrate the groundbreaking on the first phase of the 76 Commerce Center, a 1.8 million-square-foot, Class A industrial park in Brighton. The 76 Commerce Center development will bring innovative, first-class ultra-modern industrial space to Adams County and the I-76 commerce corridor. The first phase is a 266,240-square-foot speculative building designed by Ware Malcomb and is being built by Mortenson. The 122-acre site in Bromley Industrial Park is the largest speculative project to emerge in this growth corridor and is one of the most significant industrial land sales in the Denver area in the last decade. As the region’s newest distribution hub, 76 Commerce Center will offer tenants easy access to the entire Denver metropolitan area and the Rocky Mountain region to more efficiently serve the burgeoning front range growth
