About Upper Great Southwest

In the geographic center between Dallas and Fort Worth, the Upper Great Southwest is a part of one of the region’s original great industrial hubs. While the average vintage of industrial buildings in this submarket is from the 1980s or earlier, most larger sites were constructed in the 2000s or later.
