The Heldreth Motel is a two-story frame building with a partial masonry block foundation under the southernmost portion of the motel. Originally constructed in 1963 the motel has since received several additions. The total gross building area is approximately 18,960 (+/-) square feet that contains a total of 67 guest rooms and three office rooms. There rooms are comprised of 63 double-doubles, three triple-doubles and one single-double. The exterior of the building is covered with aluminium siding. A new metal roof was installed in 2014. Windows are tempered and plate glass in aluminium frames and there are glass panel doors in the offices. All motel rooms have wooded doors. Interior finishes include a mix of drywall and panel walls with carpet and vinyl floors. Each unit has its own wall mounted heating and cooling system and single bathroom. All rooms open to an exterior covered walkway system. The property is improved with a restaurant building that contains approximately 5,360 (+/-) square feet of gross building area. The building is divided into three distinct areas, one being a small living area, a restaurant and a separate bar area. There is a commercial kitchen in the structure with a hood and fire suppression system. The exterior of this building is covered with aluminium siding and has a composite shingle roof.
