Ross Modjeska is responsible for retail leasing at McCaffery, focused on bringing in top-tier tenants to our Chicago and Pittsburgh developments. Ross joined the team in 2018, and is leading all leasing efforts for McCaffery’s largest Pittsburgh project to date, responsible for 160,000 square feet of retail space at The Strip District Terminal.

Prior to joining McCaffery, Ross worked in various capacities at Robert K. Futterman & Associates (RKF), now Newmark Knight Frank. At RKF, he was a Leasing Associate and represented landlords and tenants including Citibank, GW Properites, Greenstone Partners, Ascot Properties NYC, Optima Inc. and John Hancock Real Estate, among others. Ross graduated from Indiana University in 2012 with a Bachelor’s degree in communications and culture. Ross is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Illinois an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
