Jerry began his career as a commercial real estate lender and has over 25 years of experience in the financing, acquisition, leasing and management of commercial real estate. He is currently a Principal of Lee & Associates | Naples-Ft. Myers and co-founded the office in 2010. He was also co-founder of Grubb & Ellis | 1st Commercial Southwest Florida and a principal partner from 2007 until 2010. Prior to Grubb & Ellis, he was with the number one industrial team in SW Florida at CBRE and along with his partner, Bob Johnston, handled the largest dollar volume in transactions and revenue from 1999 through 2007. Prior to 1999, he owned his own real estate investment firm.

Frank V. Martone, Esq. joined Lee & Associates | Naples – Ft. Myers in 2021 and currently serves as a Senior Transaction Coordinator. Frank works with the Industrial Team in Fort Myers to facilitate transaction activities and close deals as smoothly as possible.

Frank earned his Juris Doctor from Ave Maria School of Law in Naples, Florida. He is a licensed attorney and a member of The Florida Bar. Prior to law school, Frank earned his MBA in Business Administration and his Bachelor’s in Finance from University of New Haven in West Haven, Connecticut.

Throughout college, Frank operated a small e-commerce business and developed a business owner’s mindset, which translates well in dealing with both landlords and tenants. His unique skill set of paying close attention to detail while also seeing the big picture is invaluable for his clients and their needs.
