ABOUT QUORUM/BENT TREE
Located in North Dallas, Addison is a major employment center in Dallas-Fort Worth. Geographically situated between in-town Dallas and high-growth suburbs to the north, Addison is a long-standing office market. Much of the existing office inventory runs along Quorum Drive, parallel to Dallas North Tollway. The area is bisected by Dallas North Tollway, and President George Bush Turnpike and Interstate 635 make the commute from Dallas a breeze.
