Road Access/Utilities – The parcel has 200’ of frontage along Highway 80 and is only 0.31 miles from Highway 80 intersection with Pooler Parkway to the east and 2.26 miles to Jimmy DeLoach Parkway to the west. It is only 2.12 miles to the I-95 interchange at Exit 102 – also to the east on Highway 80. Crossroads Business Park is just a short ride up Pooler Parkway, as is the Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport (5.2 miles). The Port of Savannah is just 9 miles from the site via Highway 80 and Bourne Ave. The site has sanitary sewer and water service would be via well.
