Welcome to the heart of the Maven District, Maven Create! Maven is home to Salt Lake City's largest community of female-owned small businesses. Now leasing, Maven Create is conveniently located on 900 South between 200 East and Edison Street. We are changing the landscape of Liberty Wells one local entrepreneur at a time. As a curated block of locally-owned businesses, this community believes in diversity, self-growth, and dreaming big. We are thrilled to unveil our newest building, which features two-stories: ground-level retail spaces and a second level series of offices and coworking/event space, which offers a luxurious coworking lobby, kitchen with complimentary coffee/tea/snacks, Zen Den for work day breaks, Get Ready room with mirror and styling supplies, full bathroom with showers, lockers, and lounge space, multiple conference rooms, and private phone booths all available for your use. Maven Create will be the cornerstone to this local hood, which is vibrantly growing with young residents who treasure supporting their local community and as we continue to grow together, our collective of small businesses share customers through proximity, partnerships, and collaborations as a district. When you become a part of this community, you also unlock access to the rest of the block, happily inhabited by neighborhood favorites like Normal Ice Cream, The Land of Salt, Koo de Ker, The Petal Coop, Chantel Lauren, Mineral and Matter, Nova Nail Salon, Chip Cookies, La Barba Coffee, Planted Salon, Art Haus and more, including our very own Maven Strong, a Pilates Reformer fitness studio, Maven Live, a residency of luxury townhomes, and our sister location, Maven West on 300 West across from TF Brewing. We are also breaking ground on our newest addition to the Maven District, which we lovingly call 2.0, across the street of 900 South, where soon there will be future apartments, micro-retail spaces, and another restaurant with a roof top garden.
