Fermin serves as Director and is a part of the Charlotte Industrial Services team with Cushman & Wakefield. Fermin brings 10 years of leasing and sales experience which includes over 500 total transactions in that time frame. He provides landlords and tenants in North and South Carolina a wide range of commercial real estate services including transaction management, acquisitions, dispositions, site selection, and investment analysis.
