Strongsville is a suburb of Cleveland, Ohio, and as of the latest census had 44,711 residents, making it one of the larger suburbs of Cleveland in terms of overall population. The city is located at the intersection of Interstate 71 and Interstate 80 (The Ohio Turnpike), south of the City of Cleveland. The city is known for its highly rated public schools, in addition to the many new residential neighborhoods. The area is home to many young families and due to amount of industries located in Strongsville, the area maintains a very high daytime population base. The educated population of the city along with its location along two major roadways have allowed it to become not only one of the top residential communities in Cleveland, but also commercial. The area is home to one of the largest industrial work forces in Northeast Ohio.
