Justin Hill specializes in the leasing and sales of office properties throughout Orange County. After spending more than seventeen years with CBRE, Justin has knowledge in many aspects of commercial real estate. He is experienced in landlord (institutional and private) and tenant representation (local and regional); creative office space leasing / trends; lease negotiation; subleasing excess space; market analysis and Owner User building sales.
