Southern New Hampshire Industrial Park (SNHIP) features all you want for your business and more to be built in this brand new commercial industrial park. Convenient to two of the most major highways (3 miles to Route 495 and just 5 minutes to Route 95.) The park consists of two separate entrances located right off State Route 108 and is just a quarter-mile over the Massachusetts state line in tax free New Hampshire. Phase I (1) having approximately 400,000 square feet of existing buildings. Phase II (2) is under construction offering anywhere from 2,000 square feet to 450,000 square feet and 44 units of workforce housing, lending a college campus atmosphere where businesses and their employees can walk or bike to their place of business. The 44 units of workforce housing will consist of discounted rates for any employers or employees that work in the park and are from out of town. You can custom design your new facility to meet the needs and wants of your business operations prior to the start of construction. All these new flex buildings to be constructed can be totally customized in aspects of the roof height, number of loading docks or bay doors, lighting, amount of 3 phase electricity and power and the amount and layout of office/warehouse area.
