Meadowbrook is on 4.21 acres and operates on city water and sewer. Gas, electric, and garbage are direct billed to the tenants. It is an all age park located in unincorporated Sonoma County. Currently there is no on-site management and the seller does the off-site management. The annual rent increase is capped at the lesser of 70% of the CPI change or 4% of the previous year's rent.
