Historic building that originally served as a regional assembly plant to produce Model T Fords. Originally built in 1923 as an assembly facility for the Dothan, Alabama Model T Ford. The original assembly line still stands in the building today, and may be the only known example of one of our nation's very first assembly lines still in its original location. The property and business was acquired by a local businessman and operated for decades in this location. Most recently purchased and used as an enclosed market. The interior has been upgraded to modern standards while still retaining its historic appeal. From corner of Main St. and St. Andrews St. on Downtown Dothan, turn South. It is the last building on the left on the corner of S. St. Andrews and Crawford.
