Grant began his career in commercial real estate at Cassidy Turley in 2014 as a research analyst. He developed quarterly market reports and thought pieces for internal and external clients. This role provided Grant an in-depth understanding of the Charlotte market.

Holden Brayboy, Senior Associate
Holden was a Senior Brokerage Associate at JLL for two years prior to joining Stream. After graduating from college, Holden moved to Washington, D.C., to work as a Senior Research Associate for CoStar Group for more than 3.5 years. He then joined CBRE’s Mid-Atlantic team as a Senior Analyst before relocating to Charlotte to become a Research Manager for the Carolinas. He then transitioned to JLL.
