Marlow on Thames is situated in the affluent Thames Valley approximately 28 miles west of London. Communications are excellent, the town being directly connected via the Marlow by-pass (A404) to both the M40 in the north and M4 to the south with Heathrow Airport readily accessible, about 20 miles distant. The towns of High Wycombe to the north and Maidenhead to the south are close by from which there are frequent rail services to Central London - in addition to Marlow Station itself which offers a train service to London Paddington via Maidenhead. The town has an affluent population of approximately 18,500. As a result of Marlow’s excellent communications and the combination of the town’s celebrated Thameside location, wide period High Street and ample quality shops and restaurants, the town has a very strong attraction for companies of national and international status.
