This is the last remaining space in a former Kmart, currently Kroger's, CVS, Advance Auto, and many other tenant included shopping center, located at the Elkview exit of Interstate 79, approximately 9 miles from Charleston, the state capital. The space is 25' x 100' and contains 2500 ft.² and formerly was a successful RadioShack, however they closed a lot of stores. The owners of the shopping center would prefer to have a Chinese restaurant, however they will look at anything in order to keep the space occupied. If a restaurant goes in, there are tables and booths and chairs galore stored in the space that can be separately negotiated.

Rent Types
